About This Tour
The San Francisco Bay Discovery Cruise is a premier sightseeing adventure on the San Francisco Bay that brings you face-to-face with the region's most iconic historic landmarks. You will cruise directly alongside the shores of legendary Alcatraz Island for unmatched perimeter views, glide past the historic military battlements of Fort Point, and sail close to the world-famous Golden Gate Bridge. Along the way, enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Sausalito, the Marin Headlands, and the stunning San Francisco city skyline. Please note: This is a scenic, water-based sightseeing cruise. This tour does not dock at Alcatraz Island, and guests do not step ashore or walk on the island grounds.

- No Island Landing: This ticket is for a scenic boat cruise only. It does not include entry to step foot onto Alcatraz Island or access to the prison cellhouse.
- Arrive Early: Please arrive at Pier 33 Alcatraz Landing at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time to allow for boarding.
- Dress Warmly: Dress in heavy layers. The San Francisco Bay is notoriously chilly, windy, and foggy, even on otherwise sunny days.
- Footwear: Comfortable, flat shoes with good traction are highly recommended for walking on the boat decks.
- Unused Tickets: Unused tickets are non-refundable.
