Alcatraz Tour Ticket is an independent tour ticket booking platform operated by Guided Tours LLC (276 Fifth Avenue, Suite 704, New York, NY 10001, USA). We provide a convenient third-party platform for booking Alcatraz Island tour tickets.
Important: We are not the official website of the National Park Service, Alcatraz Cruises, or any government agency. We are an independent reseller. Ticket prices on our website may differ from face value and include service and booking fees that cover our platform, customer support, and booking guarantee.
3. Booking and Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability until you receive a confirmation email from us.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
- All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable service fees. The total price shown at checkout is the final amount you will be charged.
- You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all personal information provided during the booking process, including names, email address, tour date, and number of guests.
- A booking confirmation email containing your ticket details and important tour information will be sent to the email address provided upon successful purchase. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the confirmation within 30 minutes.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations and refund requests are subject to our Refund Policy. In general, cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled tour departure time may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for refunds. Please review our Refund Policy page for complete details.
5. User Responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking on our website. Minors may attend tours when accompanied by a responsible adult.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when making a booking or contacting our support team.
- You are responsible for arriving at the designated ferry departure point (Pier 33, Alcatraz Landing) on time. Missed departures due to late arrival are not eligible for refunds.
- You agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and guidelines of Alcatraz Island, the National Park Service, and the tour operator during your visit.
- You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services.
6. Tour Availability and Changes
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of tour information and availability on our website, tours may be subject to change, rescheduling, or cancellation by the tour operator due to weather conditions, safety concerns, maintenance, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event of an operator-initiated cancellation, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
7. Limitation of Liability
Alcatraz Tour Ticket and Guided Tours LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from tour cancellations, delays, weather disruptions, personal injury, loss of personal belongings, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific booking in question.
